Returns & Shipping

Complimentary shipping of up to IDR 20,000 is available on orders over IDR 200,000 within Indonesia.

We accept returns within 7 days of purchase for products in their original, unopened condition. Opened or used items may only be returned if proven defective or damaged upon arrival. For return requests, please contact our support team here.
